We operate as a boutique property management and real estate agency based in New South Wales, trading under Contina Pty Ltd, and collect information from property owners, tenants, trades, and related parties in the course of providing our services.

    • MRI VaultRE — client and property database
    • Snug — online tenancy applications and verification
    • RP Data (CoreLogic) — property research and ownership verification
    • Flk it over — digital signatures and document management
    • MyConnect — tenant utility connections
  • Through third parties including tenant databases (e.g. TICA, NTD), references, or publicly available sources (e.g. NSW Fair Trading, ASIC)

We also utilise offshore administrative support staff to assist with data entry, document preparation, accounting, and marketing functions. These staff work under strict confidentiality agreements and are bound by eUmeco's privacy and data security protocols.

4. Why We Collect Your Information

We collect, hold, use and disclose personal information for purposes such as:

  • Providing property management, leasing, and real estate services
  • Verifying identity and processing tenancy or ownership applications
  • Managing rental properties and tenancy agreements
  • Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and communication with trades
  • Processing payments, disbursements, and invoices
  • Conducting marketing, reporting, and compliance activities
  • Meeting our legal and regulatory obligations under NSW Fair Trading and other laws

We take all reasonable steps to ensure the personal information we hold is secure and protected against misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.

Your information may be stored electronically using cloud-based systems, including PropertyMe, MRI VaultRE, Snug, and Google Workspace, which implement multi-layered encryption and password protection.

We retain records for as long as required by law and securely destroy or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.
